Kitchen cabinet resurfacing for occupied homes, strata suites, rental turnovers and selected commercial millwork across the Lower Mainland.
Scope planning
Start with the cabinets, access and finish condition.
The archived WeSprayIt project record shows kitchen masking, preparation and finished colour changes. A current scope should identify cabinet materials, existing finish and damage, all included components, hardware changes, access, containment and ventilation before coating work begins.
Cleaning, repair review, deglossing or sanding, masking and compatible primers depend on the existing finish and substrate. Swollen, delaminated or structurally damaged components may need replacement rather than coating.
02
Define every included surface
List door faces and backs, drawer fronts, fixed frames, end panels, islands, crown, valances and toe kicks. Confirm hardware changes before filling or drilling begins.
03
Contain the work area
Occupied kitchens need a plan for adjacent rooms, floors, counters, appliances, dust and ventilation. Condo and strata work may also require elevator bookings and common-area protection.
Lower Mainland planning pages
Kitchen resurfacing by municipality.
Each page focuses on a different access, occupancy, substrate or scheduling situation. Project conditions still require direct review.
Send photos of the full kitchen and damaged areas, cabinet material if known, included surfaces, colour goal, address type, access constraints, occupancy and desired timing.
